Deadline for submissions

As I am sure any party preparing a submission is aware, the closing date for submissions for SaskPower's Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to procure up to 175 megawatts (MW) of wind power is March 12, 2010 at 3:00pm (Central time zone).

Qualified proponents will be invited to respond to a formal Request for Proposals (RFP) in spring 2010.

What work have I done?

I work primarily for developers, lenders and equipment suppliers but since 2004 I have had the opportunity to work with most stakeholders in renewable energy projects including First Nations, utilities and landowners.

I have been retained to assist on many renewable energy projects including wind, solar, biomass and flare-gas from the front-end of site acquisition through the entire project development cycle to dispute resolution at the back-end of the project.

I have more years of experience in Canadian renewable energy projects than any other lawyer in the Province of Saskatchewan and would welcome the opportunity to work together with you.
