SaskPower RFQ

SaskPower has confirmed plans to issue a formal Request for Qualifications (RFQ) on December 1, 2009 to identify qualified bidders for the upcoming solicitation for up to 175 megawatts of wind power in Saskatchewan.

What work have I done?

I work primarily for developers, lenders and equipment suppliers but since 2004 I have had the opportunity to work with most stakeholders in renewable energy projects including First Nations, utilities and landowners.

I have been retained to assist on many renewable energy projects including wind, solar, biomass and flare-gas from the front-end of site acquisition through the entire project development cycle to dispute resolution at the back-end of the project.

I have more years of experience in Canadian renewable energy projects than any other lawyer in the Province of Saskatchewan and would welcome the opportunity to work together with you.
