Ontario FIT awards 2nd round of contracts for 872 MW

The Ontario feed-in-tariff (FIT) program yesterday announced new contracts which include 257 MW of solar/PV projects and 615 MW of wind projects, bringing the total amount awarded under the FIT program to 1,570 MW. There were 4 wind farm projects, 1 hydro project and 35 solar/PV projects. What work have I done?

I work primarily for developers, lenders and equipment suppliers but since 2004 I have had the opportunity to work with most stakeholders in renewable energy projects including First Nations, utilities and landowners.

I have been retained to assist on many renewable energy projects including wind, solar, biomass and flare-gas from the front-end of site acquisition through the entire project development cycle to dispute resolution at the back-end of the project.
